RETURN POLICY
There are NO REFUNDS on any orders
DMD prides itself on customer service.  While we DO NOT provide refunds, we DO offer store credits and exchanges on in-stock merchandise on approved request only.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please e-mail our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving your package.  You will be contacted by one of our customer service team members within 24 hours to acknowledge receipt of your request. 
 
Please DO NOT return orders without contacting our Customer Service Team. We DO NOT accept return orders without prior approval, and we DO NOT provide refunds.  Store credits are issued on an individual case basis and must be approved by management.
 
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and ShopPay. Cash will only be accepted during vending events
 
CUSTOM ORDER
DMD WILL NOT recreate licensed cartoon character merchandise.  All approved custom orders will require a minimum of a 2-week turnaround time and be governed by the terms and conditions of each individual custom contract. 
 
 
SHIPPING POLICY
 
READY MADE
Domestic orders placed Monday-Friday will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date you place your order. Packages will be shipped via USPS. Once your order has shipped you will receive your tracking number and all other shipping updates. 
 
MADE TO ORDER
Please allow 7-10 business days for production, and 2-3 business days for shipping on all made to order items.
 
TRACKING
All packages are shipped USPS.  We ARE NOT responsible for any lost packages or delays from packages in transit.  We DO NOT replace lost and or stolen packages. Please file a claim with your local carrier with the tracking number provided for any lost or stolen packages.
